President Muhammadu Buhari has reportedly departed Nigeria for Republic of Mauritania on Monday,16 January to receive the “Africa Award For Strengthening Peace”
This was contained in a statement released by the Special adviser to President Buhari on Media And Publicity,Femi Adesina, said that the award would be confered on the president for his leadership role in promoting peace across the continent of Africa.
Adesina ,added that the President will be accompanied by Minister Of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama, Minister Of Defence,Bashir Salihi Magashi, National Security Adviser, Mohammed Monguno ,and Director General of the National Intelligence Agency, Ahmed Rufai Abubakar
